There's reserved ADA seating throughout the stadium. It's best to notify the Athletic Ticket Office prior to the game to secure accessible seating.
First aid headquarters can be found on the west side of the stadium. Contact the nearest usher for first aid assistance.
Inside the stadium, you can find first aid on the west side at Section 14, and on the east side at Section 30.
Gates open 1.5 hours before the game begins.
There's a guest services location on each concourse. It's below Section 8 on the West Concourse, and below Section L on the East Concourse.

Guest services can help with any problems with your seating area, finding things in the stadium, or any other concerns.
Courtesy Carts
There's courtesy cart service in the stadium at Gates 1, 3, and 5. Service starts 1.5 hours before kick-off, and runs through 10 minutes into the first quarter. It can't take you outside the stadium, and it can't run during peak hours.
For lost and found, contact guest services on the East and West concourse. Items turned in here will be held at the event management office, reachable at 515.294.5822, until the season is over.
If you've lost a member of your party, contact the nearest police office or staff member.
The following aren't allowed in the stadium:
- Bags, purses, or backpacks larger than 10"x10"
- Alcohol, coolers, or containers, food and beverages
- Noisemakers of any kind
- Professional cameras and video cameras
- Beach balls and umbrellas
- Strollers
- Toilet tissue
- Weapons
Ticket must be scanned out and back in for re-entry. Exit and re-entry is only allowed at Gates 2 and 4. There's no re-entry before kick-off, or after the start of the 4th quarter.
There's room for 55,000 fans in Jack Trice Stadium.
No signs, banners, placards, or leaflets are allowed in the stadium without advance authorization.
There's no smoking on the premises.
Limit tailgating to your own parking space, and don't obstruct the path of others, whether walking or driving. Clean up before entering the game. Glass bottles, kegs, or open fires aren't allowed, and tents must be smaller than 10"x10".
You can buy single-game tickets at one of the booths on the north or south side of the stadium. The ticket office opens 6 hours before the game begins, or at 8 a.m. Central time - whichever comes first.
