Veterans Memorial Arena has a guest code of conduct. Here are the basics.
- No illegal or unauthorized items or illegal drugs
- Keep clothing decent
- Don't damage property, throw things on stage or on the ice, or enter "off limits" areas
- No fighting, or threatening or intimidating arena guests or other employees
There are ATMs throughout the arena.
Alcohol is on sale to guests 21 and older with a valid ID.
Professional cameras with detachable lenses aren't allowed in the arena, and neither are video cameras. For personal photography, it depends on the event promoter/producer. Check ahead of time.
There's first aid near guest services centers on the both the Main and Upper Concourses. A staff member can also contact first aid.
Gates generally open about 1 hour before the event, but this can change.
There's a guest services center on both the Upper and Lower Concourses.
During the event, check in with guest services for lost and found. After the event, call 904.630.3900. Anything unclaimed after 60 days is either donated to charity or disposed of.
The following aren't allowed in the venue:
- Large bags, backpacks, or boxes
- Food or beverages, cans, bottles, coolers or containers
- Video cameras and audio recorders
- Laser pointers, noise makers, beach balls, frisbees, and other projectiles
- Children's car seats or strollers (strollers can be checked)
- Oversized signs, sticks, or poles
- Skateboards, skates, scooters
- Knives, chains, clubs, illegal substances or weapons
- Fireworks
Re-entry is allowed only in the case of medical emergencies.
All restrooms are ADA accessible and have diaper-changing tables, and there are 10 family restrooms in the building.
There's room for 15,000 fans.
No banners, but signs that are the size of a posterboard (2'x3') are allowed. They can't be commercial in nature, or use wood or metal for support. Don't hang them from the building, obstruct another guest's view, or obscure arena signage or markings.
The arena is a smoke-free facility, but there are designated smoking areas outside.
Will call tickets can be picked up with photo ID at the box office on the northeast corner of the building, starting 1.5 hours before the event.
