Kids under 2 are free if they sit on an adult's lap. Those 2 and over will need a ticket. 

Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time using management's discretion, so as not to disturb the performance. 

You can pick up tickets up to an hour and a half before an event. You'll need to bring the credit card you used, your confirmation number, and photo ID.

The Knight Center is in the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and also includes the Miami Conference and Convention Center and the Riverfront Hall. 

Outside drinks are not allowed in. 

Bags may be searched when you enter, and you can't bring in any outside food or drink.

Accessible seating is available.

Alcohol, cans, and bottles are not allowed inside. No cameras or recording devices either. 

The venue seats up to 4,646 guests.

Sorry, no smoking inside, but there are outside patio areas for smokers. 

The box office is open from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern on weekdays, and from 12:00 p.m. to the start of a show on weekend days if there's an event. Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone from the venue box office.
