Normally, bags are checked and guests must pass through a metal detector.
Respectful behavior is expected, so no foul, abusive, indecent or obscene gestures, language, or clothing will be tolerated.
Find ATMs near Gate 3/Section 115, Gate 7/Section 104, next to the Coyotes Den, and on the upper concourse near Sections 205 and 219.
No outside alcohol is allowed. Sales are capped at 2 beverages per person, per sale, and they stop at the beginning of the 3rd period.
No bags, containers, or coolers are allowed in the venue.
Photos are okay, but professional photography equipment isn't permitted.
ID bracelets are available for children. Visit the guest services booth.
The venue is ADA-compliant. Service animals are always welcome.
There's merchandise for sale at the Coyotes Den.
First aid is on the Main Concourse near Section 106 and on the Upper Concourse by Section 226.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Gates normally open 1 hour before the event begins.
Guest services booths are at Sections 114, 119, and 226.
To retrieve a lost item, head to guest services at Sections 119 and 226.

Normally, banners and signs are okay for sporting events, so long as they have no sticks or poles, aren't offensive or commercial, and are made of flame-retardant materials. They must not be displayed during play time, should not obstruct other people's views, and may not be fixed onto any property nor cover any signage. Rules for non-sporting events vary, so check ahead of time.
