There are ATMs on the east and west concourses.
No alcohol is allowed in the stadium.
Bags are okay only if they're smaller than 14"x10", and they may be searched when you enter. No coolers, cans, bottles, or glass allowed.
Personal still cameras are fine so long as they don't have telescopic lenses. No video cameras or commercial photography.
Kids 2 and over need a ticket for entry.
Guests should behave appropriately and courteously.
There are concession stands by Ovations on the concourse.
For free handicapped-accessible public parking, go to lot B5 on 10th St., north of Garst Pavilion, south of the Health Services Center. You have to have a valid ADA tag or placard. From there, you can take a free shuttle to the stadium.
You can buy souvenir programs in the stadium.
First Aid stations are on the east and west side concourses. If you have a medical condition, you may want to check in and let first aid staff know where you're sitting. In an emergency, contact any police officer or staff member.
No outside food or drinks are allowed in the venue.
Gates will open 2 hours before kickoff.
Guest services centers are located near Gate 1 and on the northwest concourse by section 11.
Lost and Found is at the TTPD Stadium Security Office during a game, and afterwards, moves to the TTPD offices on 4th St.
Everyone has to pass through security to enter, and no field access is allowed without credentials. Here are a few things that aren't allowed in the stadium:
- Alcohol
- Animals other than service animals
- Noise-makers
- Backpacks
- Video or commercial cameras
- Banners
- Coolers
- Weapons, firearems, fireworks, explosives
- Food and drinks
- Bags larger than 14"x10"
- Poles
- Seatbacks with armrests
- Seatbacks wider than 16"
- Umbrellas
- Anything security or management decides not to allow
Beteween kickoff and the end of halftime you can have your ticket scanned out at any gate but 4A and 6.
There are restrooms on the concourse level throughout the stadium.
Over 60,000 fans can enjoy a game in the stadium.
No smoking is allowed in the stadium.
Call the Red Raider Club at 806.742.1196 for tailgating info. There are a few, general guidelines. Make sure to keep sidewalks and driving lanes clear, and stay in your one space. You have to keep your parking pass visible, and you can't chain or rope off your space. Texas Tech University isn't responsible for loss, damage, theft, or accidents. If you damage property, including grass, you'll have to pay for it. No sound amplification, and no personal portable restrooms allowed. If you're using a tent or canopy, make sure to secure it and don't obstruct sidewalks, lanes, or walkways. If you're using a grill, you have to put it on plywood, and douse and dispose of the coals carefully. (No fire pits or fires on the ground.) ALso:
- No motorized vehicles like golf carts, scooters, motorized skateboards, etc.
- Make sure to take care of your trash.
- No solicitation or commercial activity
- You can't drop off objects or people in reserved lots.

You can pick up tickets you bought in advance at the ticket office on the north side of the stadium. You'll need a photo ID, and you must be the person whose name is on the ticket order.
