ATMs are located by the student gates, between Gates 13 and 14, and by Gate 1.
There is a charging station at the Northwest Ramp/Student Section where guests can recharge their cell phones.
Guests should conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly environment, which means interfering with the game and throwing objects won't be tolerated and can lead to ejection or arrest.
There are a variety of food and drink options at the stadium.
Guests with special needs who are seated in the upper decks can request an elevator pass. Fax a doctor's letter or copy of the disabled parking placard to 334.844.2399, or mail them to Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum, Room 2047, Auburn, AL 36849. Disabled parking is available on gameday.
The largest team store is just inside the main entrance at Auburn Arena. It's open before and after all home games. For more information call the Auburn Team Shop at 334.844.8147.
FirstaAid stations are located under Section 46, and in the East and West Upper Decks. Guests needing assistance should contact a security guard. A child wristband ID program is available at the Tiger Fan Fest before each game and at the stadium guest services booths after the gates open.
Guest services booths are located at Gates 2, 4, 13, and 16. Guests with questions or concerns should head there.
To turn in or retrieve lost items, head to the first aid station under Section 46. Items not claimed by the end of the game can be picked up at the City of Auburn Police Department.
The following aren't allowed into the stadium:
- Umbrellas
- Video cameras
- Laptops
- Backpacks
- Cameras with interchangeable lenses
- Noisemakers
- Food and beverage containers
- Bottles
- Weapons
- Stadium seats with arms
- Alcohol
Guests who leave the stadium can't re-enter it.
Jordan-Hare Stadium can hold 87,451.
Smoking is allowed only in uncongested areas of the outer concourse and ramps.
Here are some things to know about tailgating:
- Tailgating can't begin on campus until 4:00 p.m. Central time Friday
- No one can reserve parking spaces, and reserving tailgating spots in the grassy areas isn't allowed until 4:00 p.m. Central time Friday
- Tents should have stakes shorter than 12" and can be set up after 4:00 p.m. Central time Friday
- Grills aren't allowed within 50' of campus buildings or in designated no-grill areas
- Fires must be contained within grills or fire containers
- Remember to fully extinguish charcoals before leaving them
- Don't dump charcoal on the ground or in dumpsters
- Don't litter
The ticket office is on the 1st floor of the Auburn Arena, next to the Arena Scholarship entrance facing the stadium's west side. It's open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central time. On gameday, when kickoff is after 1:00 p.m., the office opens at 10:00 a.m.; if kickoff is at 1:00 p.m. or earlier, the office opens at 8:00 a.m. (all times Central).
