The Kay Yeager Coliseum was completed in January of 2003, after two years of construction beginning in 2001. The venue is incredibly versatile and able to house a plethora of events including: hockey, basketball, indoor tennis, soccer and other sporting events, including pro-wrestling. It can also be used for rodeos, horse and agricultural events, tractor pulls and motorcycle events.
Kay Yeager Coliseum has a 120#25;x250#25; arena floor, with permanent seating for 6500 people. There is also an additional 3500 temporary seating capacity that can be utilized. There is easy access to all levels of the Coliseum. The Coliseum is also handicapped accessible, with large overhead doors hang at each end providing ingress and egress in order to accommodate a host of versatile events.
