There are a few things to remember for everyone to have a safe, enjoyable time at KeyArena.
- Avoid disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or gestures, and consume alcohol in a responsible manner.
- Shirts and shoes required at all times
- Sit in ticketed seats.
- No obscene or indecent messages on clothing or signs
- No fighting or throwing objects
- Comply with venue staff requests.
Venue staff has been trained to positively intervene when necessary, and use their best judgment when determining whether a guest is in violation of the Code of Conduct.
There are ATMs in the main concourse, by aisle 127.
Outside food or drink isn't allowed, but beer and wine are available for purchase with a valid ID.
Small bags, 14" or smaller, are allowed.
Personal photography is allowed, but video recording or professional photography isn't allowed.
Children 2 years old or younger may enter for free with a paid parent or gaurdian, but they'll have to sit on a parent's lap.
There are food and beverages available throughout the venue.
The venue strives to be ADA-compliant, with accessible seating, tickets, and restrooms. It also offers disabled parking and assisted listening devices. Service animals are allowed.
There are 2 main merchandise areas, both on the main concourses, near the east and west entrances.
There's first aid available at on the Main Concourse, near aisle 107. First aid can also be found on the southwest event level.
There's no outside food or drink allowed.
Gates generally open 1 hour before the game begins. Suites are available 1.5 hours before the game.
There are 2 guest services booths, located at 103 and 118. Guest services can also be reached at 206.684.7200.
There are 2 lost and found areas. They can be found at aisles 103 and 125. After the event concluces, call 206.684.7200 for assistance.
There are a few things it's best to leave at home:
- Alcohol, illegal drugs, glass bottles or aluminum cans, ice chests, coolers or thermos containers, outside food or beverages, water bottles, Bota bags or wine skins
- Bags, backpacks, large bags, suitcases
- Balloons, beach balls, and other inflatables
- Fireworks, weapons, explosives, spiked jewelry, chains
- Animals (except guide animals)
- Bullhorns or noisemakers
- Professional photo equipment
- Laser pointers, sticks or clubs, signs or confetti
- Tripods, monopods, folding chairs
- Skateboard or rollerblades
All restrooms in the arena are equipped with diaper changing tables.
Maximum capacity is 17,549.
Generally, banners and signs aren't allowed.
If the particular event does allow banners, they can't be attached to sticks or poles, and they can't exceed 11'x17', block the view, or be attached to the building. They also may not be obscene or obstruct sponsor signage.
There's no smoking in the venue, but there are designated areas outside.
The box office opens 2 hours before events begin, and can be found on the east side of the building.
The box office is also open Monday - Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. ¿ 6:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Will call tickets are usually available 1.5 hours before the event begins.
