The $10 million facility is reminiscent of New York#25;s famed Metropolitan Opera House because of its massive, two-story glass exterior wall. The Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation has provided capital equipment, performance enhancement and financial support of the Arts for Youth program.
The Lancaster Performing Arts Center has earned in title #28;the jewel of the high desert#29; because of its dedication to providing world-class performances. The Lancaster Performing Arts Center is available for rent to accommodate both theatrical and non-theatrical events. Tours of the center are available by appointment only. The Box Office remains open 12 minutes after curtain on performance days.
