ATMs are behind the South End Zone on the main concourse and between Sections 9 and 11 and at Sections 2 and 21.
Video cameras and tripods are prohibited but still cameras with lenses shorter than 6" are okay.
Everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age.
Virginia Tech will remove guests disrupting players, coaches, officials, or other fans. Anyone who enters the field is subject to arrest.
Concession stands are beneath all permanent stands.
The Athletics Department provides services for guests purchasing parking passes in advance. Gameday disabled parking is available in designated lots. An accessible shuttle runs from accessible parking to the stadium. Guests requiring special assistance should make ticket arrangements in advance by contacting the Athletics Ticket Office at 540.231.6731 or 1.800.828.3244.
Courtesy Shuttles are available as needed pre-game, throughout the game, and post game. Virginia Tech and BT Access provide parking and transportation for individuals with disabilities or injuries. BT Access shuttles and parking are in the Special Needs Lot. They provide service from parking to Gate 2 in the stadium's southwest corner. Ushers will assist guests requiring help. During the game, return service to the Speial Needs Lot is available in case of emergency. After the game, shuttles return from the stadium to the Special Needs lot. To get to the Special Needs Lot:
Take 460 to the Price's Fork-Downtown exit. Turn east toward Virginia Tech and the Special Needs Lot appears on the right.
First aid stations are behind Sections 1, 20, 31, and 202. There is a doctor on call at all times (540.231.4915). Fans can also ask for assistance from rescue squad members or event staff members.
Doors open 2 hours before kickoff.
Lost and found is at the south tower elevators next to Gate 4. Guests can claim items after the game, and unclaimed items are kept until the season's end. To contact lost and found (except on game days), contact Game Operations (540.231.9963), Lane Stadium (540.231.6067), or the Virginia Tech Police Department (540.231.6411).
The following aren't allowed into the stadium:
- Chair backs (Reserve a Hokie Stadium Seat by calling 800.510.5614 or visiting hokieseats.com. Stadium chair backs are also available on game day.)
- Alcohol or other beverages
- Noisemakers (horns, whistles, or artificial noisemakers)
- Signs, flags, or banners
- Audio or video equipment
- Fireworks or explosives
- Folding chairs
- Food
- Strollers
- Weapons
- Large bags or backpacks
- Diaper bags (unless accompanied by a baby)
- Pets (except service animals for the disabled)
- Coolers/containers (unless containing medical supplies)
- Umbrellas
- Cameras with detachable lenses 6" or longer
Restrooms are beneath all permanent stands. Family/Special Needs restrooms are behind Sections 1, 2, 18, 205, and 509. All restrooms have diaper changing stations.
There's room for 66,233 fans.
Banners and signs are prohibited.
Corporate/professional tailgates are prohibited and no corporate signage is permitted without prior written approval from the Department of Athletics and IMG College.
Call the Virginia Tech Athletics Ticket Office at 540.231.6731 or 1.800.828.3244 for assistance with ticket problems. The ticket office is next to Gate 4. Will call is also at Gate 4, opens 4 hours before game time, and remains open through the 3rd quarter. If available, gameday tickets are on sale at the stadium starting at least 3 hours before the game. If available, future game tickets are sold at the ticket office until 1 hour before kickoff.
