The Las Vegas Motor Speedway, just northwest of the Las Vegas Strip, offers multiple tracks for automobile racing on a spacious 1200 acres in Clark County, NV.
The LVMS does allow camping on the premises. Camping opens up at noon Monday before the race, and we encourage you to get there early in the week to take advantage of lighter traffic. We also ask that all guests keep in mind the following rules.
- Quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Pacific
- Open fires aren't allowed. Please use fully-enclosed cooking pits
- EZ-Up style tents securely attached to the ground are allowed, but if winds exceed 15 mph, we may ask you to take them down
- Full size tents and scaffolding are prohibited at all times
- Awnings that attach to your RV are allowed as long as they fit in your assigned area.
- Please, no flashing lights on your RV's or flagpoles, and make sure flagpoles are securely attached to your RV
- Due to low-flying aircraft, please do not fly kites, sky lanterns, or candle balloons are not permitted
- Please remember there are no guns or fireworks, and violators of this rule may be subject to arrest.
- External television speakers and steroes aren't permitted
- No box trucks, cargo trucks, U-haul trucks or enclosed trailers
- No 18-wheelers or tractor-trailer rigs in the camping area
- No solicitation of food, beverages, souvenirs, or merchandise
- Keep pets on a leash, and pick up after them
- RV lots held a minimum of two hours after the conclusion of races on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep tow/support vehicles inside your assigned space. All RVs must be self-contained, and don't use external generators during quiet hours
- Bicycles are encouraged, but please don't ride on the Speedway
- Please make sure all campers and campsites are broken down by noon on Monday
- The Speedway is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property
There are plenty of ATMs located on the property for your convenience.
While alcohol may not be brought into the Speedway, beer is available at many concession stands.
No coolers are to be brought into the grandstand seating area, but fans may bring unopened bottles of water into the gates.
Please remember that as event attendance increases, reliability of cellular service declines significantly.
Numerous concession stands around the Speedway offer a large selection of food. During race weekends, independant vendors will be on hand as well.

Souvenir stands can be found at the Speedway during events, but the Speedway World Gift Shop is open all year round.
During the event, lost and found is located near the administration building, and a Speedway security representative can direct you there. After the event, all lost and found items are transferred to the reception desk in the LVMS administration building.

The Las Vegas Motor Speedway has a capacity of 142,000.
There's no smoking in the grandstands.
There are Speedway tours Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m. Pacific, and Sundays 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m Pacific, that leave from the Speedway World gift shop. The tour will escort you through nine Speedway tracks, a luxury suite, and the infield of the speedway. Group tours can be set up as well.
Please note that Speedway tours are not conducted during major events.
