To make arrangements for wheelchair accessible seating, you can call the box office at 312.977.1700 (ext. 1259). There is no elevator to the dress circle. There's an elevator to the mezzanine or balcony, but then there are stairs between rows.

Depending on the performer, there may be merchandise for sale.
