There are ATMs on the main concourse level (Sections 112 and 122) and in the Members Club.
LIVESTRONG Sporting Park enforces the following policies to make sure that all fans have a good time and enjoy alcohol responsibly:
- Fans who seem intoxicated may not be allowed into LIVESTRONG Sporting Park or may be removed and subject to arrest.
- Alcohol may not be brought in or out of the stadium.
- All local and federal laws, such as legal drinking age, will be enforced.
- No giving alcohol to those who are underage.
- If you want to drink, you must show ID whenever requested.
- Staff members may not serve alcohol to fans who already seem impaired or intoxicated.
- Each guest may only purchase two alcoholic drinks per transaction.
- For Sporting Kansas City games, alcohol will stop being served at the 80 minute mark. For other events, times may vary.
- If you're going to drink, make sure you have safe transportation home.
- These policies may be changed at any time with or without notice.
Only bags 11¿ x 17¿ x 10¿ or smaller are allowed inside. If you have a larger bag, please leave it in your car, as there are no lockers. Guests with babies may bring in a diaper bag. All bags may be inspected by security, and you may need to remove or shift contents for this.
Personal cameras are okay, but video cameras and cameras with professional equipment like tripods or removable lenses aren't allowed.
Cell phones are fine, but please make sure you don't disrupt the enjoyment of those around you.
Kids under 2 years of age don't need a ticket and must sit on an accompanying adult's lap, as long as they don't obstruct the view of others.
There are team stores and kiosks on the concourse, where you can buy official Sporting Kansas City merchandise. There's also Sporting Kansas City merchandise for sale in the Shield Club (for holders of Field Club, Shield Club, or Suite tickets only) and Members Club (for holders of Members tickets only).
There are two first aid locations available on the concourse near Sections 101 and 121.
Outside food or drink aren't allowed in, unless it is for children under 2.
Club and Suite entrances open 2 hours before Sporting Kansas City matches. All other seating opens 1.5 hours before kick-off. For other events, times may vary.
Lost and found is located at guest services. Items will be held for 30 days, after which they'll be donated to charity. You can fill out a form to report a lost item. LIVESTRONG Sporting Park cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of property. For more info, call 913.912.7520.
Some policies may vary by event, but in general, the following items aren't allowed inside LIVESTRONG Sporting Park:
- Air horns
- Aerosol cans
- Bags that are bigger than 11" x 17" x 10" (except diaper bags)
- Balloons, beach balls, or Frisbees
- Boomboxes
- Outside food and drink (except for kids under 2)
- Animals (except for service animals)
- Fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs
- Guns or weapons of any kind
- Flammable liquid
- Laser pointers
- Illegal drugs
- Handouts or flyers that haven't been approved by management
- Glass, metal or plastic cups, bottles, or containers (except baby bottles)
- Poles or rods (except in Members Club)
- Portable heaters
- Tobacco products
- Video cameras
- Umbrellas
- Vuvuzelas or whistles
- Anything else management considers to be dangerous or inappropriate
No re-entry with the same ticket.
Four ADA-accessible family restrooms are located on the main concourse and are only for the use of fans with disabilities and parents with small children.
For concerts, capacity is 25,000. For soccer, capacity is 18,467.
At management's discretion, you may bring banners and signs as long as they follow these policies:
- Signs may not be larger than 3' x 5' and may not be attached to poles.
- Signs may not cover event or stadium signage.
- Signs may not contain offensive, obscene or commercial messages.
- Signs must be made of paper or cloth, and may not be taped or glued to anything.
- Hanging signs may not damage stadium property.
In the Members Club, there is no size limit and signs on poles are allowed.
Box offices on the east and west sides of the stadium open 3 hours before Sporting Kansas City matches. Hours may vary for other events.
Will call tickets may be picked up at either box office, only by the person whose name is on the envelope. You must show the credit card and a valid government photo ID.
