The Long Center for the Performing Arts was resurrected in Austin, Texas in 1998, and the Michael and Susan Dell Hall was approved in 2003. The Long Center#25;s Dell Hall hosts several events each year, and the venue has most recently housed entertainment acts from the Bob the Builder tour, as well as the Smothers Brothers and several more.
The Michael and Susan Dell Hall at the Long Center for the Performing Arts is a 2,400-seat state-of-the-art concert hall located in Austin, Texas. The venue features parterre, mezzanine and balcony levels and houses several performing arts events throughout the year. The box office is open Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early arrival to events is recommended, as latecomers will be limited to viewing the performance on monitors in the lobby until a break (depending on the event.) Snack and specialty bars are available inside the facility.
