LP Field contains 68,000 blue and red seats and 9,600 club seats.
To purchase or consume alcohol on LP Field property guests must be 21 or older. Alcohol can't be sold before 10:00 a.m. Central time.
Children under 2 don't need a ticket but must sit in an adult's lap.
Guests should conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly environment. That means no throwing or kicking objects, standing on seats or chairs, running, abusive or vulgar language/clothing, acting disorderly/intoxicated/indecent, using drugs, making threats, selling items or tickets, or smoking. Guests who don't follow these and other rules may be ejected.
The will call windows are on the stadium's east side and open 3 hours before Titans games. Guests will need a photo ID to pick up their tickets.
At LP Field, there are ATMs in the following locations:
- All Guest Services Booths
- Main Level at Sections 101 and 123
- Upper Level at Sections 310 and 337
- Foyer area of the East and West Club
Bag bigger than 8.5"x11"x4", and all backpacks, aren't allowed. Containers (including coolers, glass bottles, and cans) are also not permitted.
For football games, still cameras are okay, but video cameras aren't, though concerts and special events may have different policies.
There are a variety of concessions at LP Field.
Seating:
Accessible seating is available on all levels of LP Field, and the earlier guests purchase tickets the better opportunity the Ticket Office will have to handle specific requests.
Parking:
The parking lots surrounding the stadium contain 92 parking spaces, total, for disabled guests.
Elevators:
Guests with disabilities can use the elevators located on the East and West sides of LP Field at the Suite/Club entry.
Stands selling merchandise are located throughout LP Field. The main merchandise store is located on the Main Level near Section 113.
There are First-aid stations at the following locations:
- Main Level: Section 105 in the Northwest corner of the Main Level; Section 142 in the Northeast corner of the Main Level
- Press Level: North of the elevator foyer near the freight elevator
- Club Level: North of the elevator foyer near the freight elevator
- Upper Level: Sections 305 and 342
Gates open 2 hours before kickoff.
Guests with questions or concerns should head to the fan assistance and information centers, open when the gates open until 30 minutes after the game, at Sections 101, 123, 310, and 337. In the case of an emergency, it's best to follow instructions on the scoreboard or those given by the ushers.
To turn in or retrieve a lost item head to a Fan Accommodations center (Sections 101, 123, 310, 337) or, after the game, call 615.565.4217. Children who lose their parents are taken to the police room on the Service Level.
The following items aren't allowed inside LP Field:
- Containers, bottles, cans, and coolers
- Food
- Backpacks
- Umbrellas, strollers, and bikes
- Weapons and fireworks
- Poles or sticks
- Obtrusive objects
- Noisemakers
- Any object that can be used as a missile
- Anything that creates a disruption
- Animals (except for service animals)
Restrooms, including 12 family restrooms, are located throughout LP Field.
The stadium can seat 68,798.
Guests who require police assistance can notify an officer or visit the police room on the Service Level.
Any signage that management finds offensive or objectionable will be removed.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, such as the corner ramps and, for Club guests, the special verandas at Sections 303 and 323.
Here are some things to remember about tailgating:
- Tailgating is allowed only directly behind a guest's vehicle
- Don't block parking access or obstruct roadways
- Hot coals should be extinguished and placed in the parking lot coal bins
- Grill safely and at a safe distance from vehicles and flammable/combustible materials
- Generally, use good sense
