Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase with proper ID. Alcohol policies may vary depending on the day's event.
To pick up will call tickets, head to the southeast corner of Street Level, on Capitol Ave.
There are ATM stations located throughout the arena. Visitors can also pay with a credit card at permanent concession stands. Just find a Concourse Level map for additional details.
Cameras and recording devices may not be allowed, depending on the event. For Indianapolis Colts games, the use of video cameras is never allowed.
Guests can purchase merchandise during events at stands located throughout the stadium.
Fist aid services are available at all events. For medical assistance, visit the first aid office in the northwest corner of Street Level, next to Section 145. In case of emergencies, notify the nearest usher or dial x4000 from any red house phone.
There are 5 guest services stations in the facility, located on the Street Level, Club Level, and Terrace Level of the arena. Uniformed guest services staff members are also available inside the stadium to assist with any questions.
To turn in lost items, look for an usher or a security officer. To retrieve any lost items, visit the Lucas Oil Stadium Security Dispatch up to 2 weeks after an event, or call 317.262.4000.
It's best to leave several items at home:
- Outside food and drinks
- Containers of any kind
- Weapons
- Large bags or backpacks
- Noisemakers
- Video recorders
Re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the gates.
The Lucas Oil Stadium can accommodate 63,000 visitors.
Signs and banners are allowed inside the stadium, but make sure they are not blocking anyone's view. Remember to be courteous, and keep all banners in good taste.
Smoking isn't allowed inside the stadium. Smoking is only permitted at the gates, on the outside of the stadium.
The ticket office is located on the southeast corner of the Street Level on Capitol Ave. Additional ticket offices may be available on the north side of the stadium next to the Colts Pro Shop, depending on the event. For information regarding ticketing, call 317.262.3389.
Visitors can enjoy a closer look at the facilities by taking a walking tour of the Lucas Oil Stadium. Public tours are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and tickets can be purchased at the window of the Colts Pro Shop, near the corner of South St. and Capitol Ave. Children under 3 can participate free of charge, provided they are with a paying adult.
