There's general parking allowed in all lots not designated for permit parking or otherwise under the control of PUPD.
There's a shuttle from Lot R, and service begins 1 hour before tip-off and runs for 1 hour after the game. Drop-off is on John R. Wooden Dr., on the west side of Mackey Arena. See "Disabled Services" for information on accessible parking.
Good sportsmanship is encouraged at Mackey Arena, on behalf of all athletes, coaches, and fans. Negative or abusive comments directed at student athletes, coaches, officials, or team representatives can be a reason for ejection.

Merchandise stands are on the concourse level, and the Purdue Pride store north of Mackey Arena is open on game days.
First aid for fans with a medical emergencies is in the guest services area, behind section 3 on Mackey Arena's south side.
Outside food or beverage aren't allowed in the arena.
Doors typically open for both men's and women's game 1 hour prior to tip-off.
