Proper identification is necessary to buy alcohol. Visibly intoxicated guests may not enter the stadium. A maximum of 2 alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted and all sales conclude after the 3rd quarter.
Abusive or foul language and fighting aren't allowed.
Will call is between Gates A and D. During football season, will call is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the week of a home game. On gameday the window opens 2.5 hours before kickoff. ID is required for all pickups.
ATMs are in Sections 107, 117, 134, 146, 204, 226, and 249.
Small still photography and digital cameras with a zoom lens 6" or shorter are permitted. Larger 35mm cameras cannot exceed 3" in length. Flash photography and video cameras aren't allowed.
The stadium has concession stands on the lower and upper levels as well as the Club Level. Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover are all accepted.
Accessible seating is available throughout the stadium. Guests requiring ADA seating should call 410.261.RAVE (410.261.7283) to purchase advance seats. ADA Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available on gameday. ADA parking is located in lots B/C and R and are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to disabled spaces is for vehicles with disabled plates or hangtags. In addition, the person to whom the tag was issued must be in the vehicle and provide a state MVA disabled registration card, ID, and game ticket.
Merchandise shops are located in Sections 100, 105, 113, 121, 126, 132, 140, 146, 203, 226, 248, 508, 517, 534, 546, and in a merchandise tent on Ravens Walk.
Union Memorial Hospital provides medical services 2 hours before, during, and up to 30 minutes after the game. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest Ravens personnel. First aid stations are in Sections 100, 127, 203, 518, and 545.
Doors open 2 hours before kickoff.
Guest services representatives assist with stadium information, lost children, driving directions, car trouble, wheelchairs, and hearing impaired devices. Guest Services Centers are in Sections 100, 127, 525, 553, 202/203, 223/224, 229/230, and 250/251.
Items found go to a guest services attendant, Club Level concierge desk, or usher. To inquire about lost items, contact 410.230.8505.

Banners must adhere to the following criteria:
- Not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste
- Unobstructive to the view of other fans
- Not covering stadium signage
- Not attached to a pole
Club Level and Suite guests may smoke on ramps and stairs outside the Club and Suite Levels. Smoking isn't allowed in the enclosed Suite Levels, including hallways, corridors and actual suites.
Smoking is permitted on the upper level concourse and the following designated areas on the lower concourse:
- Inside Gates A, B, C, and D beginning at kickoff within marked areas
- Opposite Sections 126, 138, 142, and 148 beginning when doors open
- Inside the gate opposite Section 105 beginning at kickoff
