Children are allowed at the Mann, provided they don't disturb other guests.
Will call tickets can be picked up at the box office. An ID and original credit card are required.
ATMs are located in the Box Office building, on PECO Plaza, and at the gate at the top of the hill.
No outside food or drink is permitted.
Only for orchestral performaces are small coolers, food in clear containers, and limited outside alcohol permitted.
There are three dining options: the Crescendo Restaurant, Independence Grill, and Stage Door Café.
Guests with a valid handicap license can park near the Main Entrance Gate (follow the signs) or be dropped off there. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available but limited. Ushers and security staff are available to help patrons requiring assistance.
Outside food and drink is prohibited.
Gates open at 6:00 p.m. Eastern time unless otherwise noted.

The total capacity of the Mann is 13,500 (5,000 covered seating, 4,500 outdoor seating, and 4,000 lawn).
The box office is at 52nd St. and Parkside Ave. and is open from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern, and until 8:30 p.m. on show nights.
