Guests should act respectfully, and anyone who becomes disruptive will be asked to leave. Don't damage or deface anything at the center.
You'll be able to find ATMs in the following areas:
- Grand Lobby
- Main concourse
- Outside Section 125
- Next to the passenger elevators
You'll be able to buy alcohol at most events at the Maverik Center. You'll just have to present a valid ID to show that you're over 21 years of age to get your wristband at any wristband station located throughout the arena. There is a 2-beer maximum for each transaction at the concession stands.
Video and recording equipment isn't allowed in the Maverik Center. The policy on the use of still cameras varies by event, so please call 801.988.8800 in advance.
Children 2 and under are allowed into most events at the Maverik Center without a ticket, but they have to sit on an accompanying adult's lap. Please call 801.988.8888 in advance to get information on the policy for the specific event that you're planning to attend.
There are concessions throughout the venue, and there are drinking fountains on the main concourse and club-level concourse.

Here's some general information on purchasing accessible seats at the Maverik Center:
- Please make sure you inform the Maverik Center representative that you need accessible seating.
- If you're getting your tickets on www.ticketmaster.com, make sure you click the "request accessible tickets" icon.
The restaurants and concession stands at Maverik Center are accessible. Guests requiring accessible parking will be able to find it in the premium parking lot designated on the Parking Tab, as well as in parking lots A, B, and C. Please note that all accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Premium parking can be purchased for $25.00 USD online at www.ticketmaster.com or at the Maverik Center box office (for select events).
Service animals are welcome in the Maverik Center, but they must be kept on a leash or harness at all times. If you want to bring a service animal into the center, please notify the representative you purchase your tickets from that you'll need an aisle seat to accommodate your service animal.

You'll find the first aid station at the northeast corner of the main concourse, just behind Section 104.
Outside food and beverages aren't allowed.
For guests with special needs, Maverik Center can provide a free escort to the parking areas. Call 801.988.8800 to make arrangements before the event you're attending.
To retrieve a lost item call 801.988.8800 and ask for the lost and found department.
The following aren't allowed into Maverik Center:
- Outside food, drinks, bottles, or cans of any kind
- Backpacks, large bags, coolers
- Weapons, long chains, spiky jewelry, or anything that may be used as a weapon
- Fireworks, laser pointers, noisemakers, or aerosol cans
- Any illegal drugs
- Any recording device

Smoking is okay only in the designated areas.
Will call is in the main box office in the Grand Lobby on the second floor. On the days of Utah Grizzlies games, though, you'll find will call on the first floor. If you don't make it in time for will call and the box office is closed, your tickets will be available for pickup at the Centennial management office on the first floor.
Things to keep in mind when picking up tickets at will call:
- Tickets are only given to the person whose name is on the Ticketmaster account header card or the will call envelope. Nobody will be given tickets for another person.
- You'll have to provide proper photo ID (driver's license preferred), the credit card the tickets were purchased with, and a signature before the tickets are released to you.
