Eugene#25;s McDonald Theatre was originally constructed in 1925 and is owned by the Kesey Family. For concerts, the venue removes seats closest to the stage and has seating on a first come, first serve basis. The balcony is 21+ for concerts; for all other events, the balcony is accessible for patrons of all ages.
