McKale Center

Seats are reserved, and everyone, including children 3 and older, should sit in the seat to which he or she is assigned.

Guests should be aware of state and campus alcohol laws. Drinking alcohol in a public place or on the street, for example, isn't allowed.

Containers other than sealed plastic water bottles aren't allowed in the venue, and neither are large bags, backpacks, or parcels. Guests can't bring outside food or drinks into the McKale Center. All items may be searched.

Videotaping and photography is restricted. Backlights, flashes, and monopods and tripods aren't allowed.

Wheelchair seating:
Wheelchair seating is available at all ticketed venues. Contact the ticket office for more information.

Entry:
Guests in wheelchairs can access the upper concourse by using any ramp on the street level, by the bridge from the second floor of the Cherry Garage, or by the elevator inside the entrance just to the west of the ticket office.

Parking:
For men's basketball, accessible parking in the Cherry Garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the university's Parking and Transportation department.

Restrooms:
There are wheelchair accessible restrooms on the floor level, street level, and upper concourse.

First aid stations are in McKale Center Room 329, behind Section 9 on the upper concourse, and near Section 11, floor level, in the southwest corner.

To retrieve lost items, head to McKale Center Room 229 or call 520.621.4694.

It's best to leave the noisemakers and laser pointers at home. Guests sitting behind the baskets shouldn't take photographs with the flash on.

Guests who leave the venue during an event can't re-enter it.

There are restrooms throughout the McKale Center.

The venue seats 14,489.

The security office is behind the scorers' table, near the Arizona team bench.

The ticket office opens 1.5 hours before tip-off. Head there for will call, ticket sales, and pass lists. The office is also open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time. Call 520.621.2287 for more information on tickets.
