Please do not bring outside drinks into the theater. There are several bars inside the facility where beverages are available for purchase.

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed inside the theater.

All children must have a ticket to enter the performance. Booster seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Minskoff Theatre encourages parents to leave children under 6 at home.

Guests can purchase food and drinks in concession stands on the orchestra and mezzanine levels.

Accessible seating is available for disabled guests and one companion for a $70.00 USD ticket charge. A theater staff member will escort visitors to elevators and accessible areas. The theater also offers complimentary assisted hearing headsets with valid ID. Please call 212.869.0550 to make arrangements.

For the safety of all guests, security staff is on duty during all performances. Please do not bring large bags to the facility. All bags are subject to inspection at the entrance.

The box office opens Monday - Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Eastern, and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Pick up will call tickets starting 1 hour before showtime. Remember to bring photo ID and the credit card used for the order.
