There is one ATM outside the building aside the ice rink.

Alcohol is prohibited.

All bags are subject to search. Non-athletic events may have pat downs at the manager's discretion.

Camera policy varies per show.

Age restrictions and discounts vary by event. Specific information is on the event calendar. For UMass athletic events, children 2 and under sitting on an adult's lap require no ticket.

Prohibited behaviors and activities include:

• Blocking other guests' views


• Interference with the event/performers/athletes


• Abusive language or inappropriate gestures


• Fighting


• Throwing objects


• Standing on seats


• Blocking aisles


• Sitting in an area other than one's ticketed seat


• Smoking


• Consuming or possessing alcohol

You can pay at concessions using cash, UCards and YCMP.

The adjacent lot is for accessible parking. Accessible seating is available by phone, on the internet or at the box office. To purchase UMass Athletics tickets call 866.UMASS.TIX (866.862.7784). Tickets are also available at the box office. Requests for accessible seating are first come, first serve. A limited number of listening devices are available upon request. Go to Patron Services inside the main entrance across from Section ABZ.

EMTs are at the first aid station outside Section ABZ inside the main entrance doors.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

Doors open 1 hour before an event unless otherwise stated.

Lost and found items are turned into Patron Services. Call 413.545.3001 for lost and found.

Prohibited items include:

• Aerosol cans


• Adhesive Tape


• Air horns


• Alcohol


• Animals except service dogs or miniature horses


• Backpacks or oversized items


• Balloons


• Inflatables


• Metal belts or chains or including spikes and/or studs


• Noise makers


• Cameras or recording devices


• Chains over 6" long


• Confetti


• Fireworks, firearms, or other weapons


• Glass bottles or aluminum cans


• Ice chests, coolers or thermoses


• Laser pointers


• Outside food or beverages


• Skateboards or roller blades


• Sticks or clubs including signs attached to sticks


• Stools or folding chairs


• Water bottles or mugs

Re-entry is prohibited unless the promoter requests otherwise. See an Event Staff Supervisor for emergency re-entry.

Banners and signs are permitted by event. Signs cannot contain derogatory images or language, block the view of other patrons or cover advertisements.

Smoking is permitted outside Section N during intermissions/halftime.

Tailgating is prohibited.

Will call opens 2 hours before events (For UMass Athletics, it's 1 hour). Check the website to see if it opens sooner for specific events. The person picking up the tickets must be the person they are left under. A photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and the order confirmation number are required.
