The following could get you ejected from Nationwide Arena:
- Profanity
- Illegal or banned items
- Not following the smoking policy
- Drug use
- Public intoxication
- Fighting
- Entering (or trying to enter) areas where you're not allowed
- Throwing things
There are plenty of ATMs in and around Nationwide Arena.
- Main Concourse: Behind the FOX Sports store and sections 111 and 118
- Upper Concourse: Section 206
Everyone will need to show ID to prove they're over 21 before being served alcohol.
No video cameras are allowed. Camera policies depend on the event, so call 614.246.2000 to check. In general, cameras with detachable lenses are allowed for Blue Jackets games but not for sepcial events.
Kids 2 and over always need a ticket. For some family shows, kids 1 and over need a ticket.
For all events, there are first aid rooms provided by OhioHealth on the main concourse by Section 120 or on the upper concourse by Section 206.
For most events, doors open an hour prior.
Guest services, located on the main concourse by Section 111 and on the upper concourse by Section 208, is there to help with whatever you might need.
Here are a few things you can't bring into Nationwide Arena:
- Cans, bottles, coolers
- Laser pointers
- Fireworks
- Noise-makers
- Alcohol
- Weapons (including licensed concealed-carry weapons)
- Anything management deems unacceptable or dangerous
Sorry, no re-entry. If you have to leave and come back because of an emergency, go to Guest Services on the main concourse and explain your situation.
There are lots of restrooms, including family restrooms with changing tables.
Nationwide Arena fits 19,500 people.
The ticket office is at the southwest corner of the arena, on the corner of Nationwide Blvd and John H. McConnell Blvd.

You can pick up tickets from the ticket office at the will call window. You'll need to bring photo ID.
