Comcast Theatre

Look for ATMs throughout the inside of the theater.

Here's a few things to keep in mind.

• The Comcast Theatre does not provide refunds for events affected by weather conditions.


• Guests can rent lawn chairs at the box office during events.


• If an event calls for a General Admission Pit, ticketed seats will start at row L.

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase with photo ID. Please be aware that alcohol is not permitted in certain areas.

All bags and containers are subject to search at the entry gates. Please do not bring any coolers or backapacks into the facility.

Guests are allowed to bring personal cameras into the theater. Professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted.

All children 2 and older must have a ticket. During family events, alcohol is not allowed in restricted areas. Please use discretion when purchasing tickets for children, as some events may not be appropriate.

Snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase with cash only.

Guests with disabilities can have access to seating throughout the theater. Wheelchair ramps will help you get to accessible seating areas.

Visitors can purchase event merchandise from stands with cash or major credit cards.

Outside food is allowed in the theater, as long as it's in a gallon-size plastic bag. You're also allowed one sealed bottle of water per guest.

It's best to leave a few items at home.

There's no re-entry allowed once you have exited the theater.

The Comcast Theatre can accommodate 30,000 visitors.

Please do not bring any signs or banners inside the theater.

Smoking is not permitted in the theater, or in any covered area throughout the facility.

Look for the box office at the main entrance of the theater. The box office opens at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time for evening events. For daytime events, it opens at 10:00 a.m. The box office is open on event days only, and closes 1 hour after starting time.

Remember to bring ID and credit card to pick up will call tickets.
