All guests will be subject to search upon entry.

Here are a few things fan should keep in mind for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time.

• No threatening patrons


• No illegal items


• No public drunkenness


• No Profanity or abusive language


• No obscene banners or signs


• No fighting, or instigating verbal or physical altercations


• No threatening employees


• No throwing objects


• No smoking

You will find ATMs in Sections 108 and 303.

You will be allowed to buy up to drinks at a time all the way up to the end of the 3rd quarter.

Concessions are available at the venue.

Service pets are allowed at the venue in compliance with ADA standards.

During home games, you can purchase merchandise at the team store which is open from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. from Monday - Friday.

You can find first aid at Sections 123 and 313

Guests cannot bring food or beverages into the Venue.

Guest services can be found at Sections 108 and 310.

If you need the lost and found, visit guest services in Section 108. Alternatively you can call them at 504.587.3900.

There are a few things it's best to leave at home:

• Banners (large or in poor taste)


• Containers of any kind


• Glitter


• Contraband


• Laser pointers


• Noisemakers


• Animals (with the exception of service pets)


• Large/oversized bags - Maximum bag size is 12"x12"


• No Outside food and drink


• Projectiles, weapons, sticks, bats, poles, clubs


• Video and audio recording devices


• Backpacks/knapsacks


• Helium balloons


• Stickers


• Fireworks


• Glass


• Item(s) of any kind deemed unacceptable by Building Management

Re-entry into the Venue is not allowed.

The venue holds 17,200 guests.

You can bring banners or signs into the Venue as long as they are not offensive to others and do not contain profanity.

Smoking is not allowed at the Venue.

Tailgating is not allowed.

You can find the box office on the ground level. Hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Central time. 

Venue tours are not available.
