ATMs are at the Gate 21 elevator lobby, Section Y9, level 2 Section F and G, and inside the Tennessee Terrace.

Alcohol isn't allowed at the stadium.

Bags, parcels, backpacks, and purses larger than 12"x12"x12" aren't allowed inside, and neither are coolers of any size.

Cameras aren't allowed in the stadium.

Guests may bring cell phones inside.

Elevators are at Gates 15 and 21 and require a pass. There is accessible seating at Gate 21 and in the North End Zone.

Merchandise is on sale throughout the stadium. And on Friday and Saturday it's on sale at Gate 20 starting at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time.

First-aid stations are located on the lower-level concourse outside Sections O/P and X1, and on the upper-level concourse outside Sections II and XX4.

Outside food and drinks aren't allowed.

Guest services is located at Gate 21 and opens 4 hours before kickoff.

To turn in lost articles head to the Gate 21 elevators. To retrieve them go to the Gate 21 Guest Services location or, starting the Monday after the game, call 865.974.3114.

Guests who leave the stadium can't re-enter it.

On gamedays, several campus buildings with restrooms are open. There are also portable restroom facilities in the stadium area.
