Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience:
- Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
- Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
There are 2 ATM locations at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE. One is outside the building to the right of the Main Entry Doors, and another is inside the building to the left of the main concession stands on the south side of the Orchestra Lobby.
Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE and its concessionaires have an alcohol policy designed to protect guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents. Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE offers a designated driver program at most events. ¿¿Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to be in possession of or consume alcoholic beverages. Also, please keep the following in mind:
- The venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired. ¿
- For most events, there¿s a limit of 2 alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase, per valid ID.
- Those who appear younger than 35 will be asked to show positive identification to be served alcoholic beverages. Acceptable identification includes: State-issued driver's license, passport, United States passport vard, state-issued photo ID, Military photo ID, and Mexican consular card. ¿
- Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE reserves the right to eject anyone under 21 who is observed to be in possession of, or consuming alcohol on the premises, or who appears to be visibly impaired. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.¿
- Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE and its food and beverage concessionaires conduct ongoing responsible alcohol management training sessions for its serving staff. ¿
- At most events, service of alcohol will stop 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. ¿
- Guests must discard alcoholic beverages prior to exiting the building.
Bags larger than 14¿x14¿ aren¿t allowed inside. No coolers or other containers.
Personal photography is generally allowed at the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE as long as it¿s non-flash still photos using disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens. ¿¿For some events, at the request of the artist/performer, cameras of any type may be prohibited. ¿¿Pro equipment - meaning video recording devices, audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses - are not permitted inside Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE at any time. ¿¿
Video recording on any device and flash photography aren't allowed. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
Children 2 and younger don¿t need a ticket for most events; however, they must sit on an adult's lap and may not occupy a seat.
¿Children 3 and older will require a ticket and their own seat. ¿¿Some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. For most children's shows, children 1 and older will require a ticket. See the specific event page or contact guest services for further information.
Food and drink concessions are located on each open level of the venue.
The venue meets or exceeds the requirements of compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates, and provides a full range of accommodations for Guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our events and facilities. Wheelchair escorts
Complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any entry point or guests may make advance escort arrangements by contacting the guest services department. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event.
Wheelchair storage
Prefer a seat to a wheelchair? We¿ll store your wheelchair at our guest service center, and return it to you at the end of the event or any other time of your choosing.
Accessible/disabled seating
There¿s accessible/disabled seating on the Orchestra and Loge levels of the theatre. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating to ensure proper accommodations. These tickets are available through Ticketmaster and in person at the STAPLES Center and Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE box offices.
Disabled parking
We suggest disabled guests pre-purchase parking along with ticket purchases. Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities, including van-accessible spaces, and require a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled spaces are first-come, first-served. Check the parking guide for maps, directions, and more information.
Wheelchair and accessible seating policy
You can purchase 1 accessible seat and 3 companion seats next to the accessible seat. Seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
The arena can work with you on a case-by-case basis to accommodate individual needs.
All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first-come/call, first-served basis and will depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that any companion tickets will remain unsold and available.
Sign language interpreters
The arena is happy to provide signed performances for hearing-impaired guests for select concert events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event but the venue makes every effort given appropriate advance notice ¿ at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Contact guest services for further information.¿
Assistive listening devices (ALD)
Complimentary Assistive Listening Devices are available at all Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE events. Visit guest services on the Nokia Lounge Level. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver's license as collateral.
TTY/TDD service
All guests, including those with disabilities, are encouraged to contact guest services via e-mail. Hearing/speech-impaired individuals may call the TTY line at 213.763.6031, the California Relay Center at 711, or their local TTY Relay Center
Service animals and guide dogs
Service animals are welcome but must rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability rather than in the aisle. We suggest having proof of certification or a license for the service animal.
Trained EMT personnel are always on hand, and the first aid office located on the Lounge Level. Automatic External Defibrillators are located in various locations, and designated employees, including EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use them. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of the guest services or security staff for assistance.
While we don¿t allow outside food and beverage into the theater, guests may bring unopened plastic water bottles 1 liter or smaller. Glass and metal isn¿t allowed. If you¿ve got special dietary needs, contact guest services to find out about available options.
Gate times vary according to event, but typically, doors open 1 hour before the event time on your ticket. Please note that door opening times are subject to change.
Guest services is located on the Nokia Lounge Level of the theatre and can provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during events.
Lost and found items are taken to guest services center on the Nokia Lounge Level. During an event, guests should visit guest services. After an event, contact guest services with a description of the item and the date the item was lost.
The following aren't allowed in the venue:
- Weapons, pepper spray/mace, flares, fireworks
- Food, beverage, alcohol, cans, bottles, flasks, coolers, drugs, illegal substances
- Pamphlets, product samples
- Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, helmets, chairs, beach balls
- Laptop/tablet computers, 2-way radios, laser pointers, flashlights
- Balloons, permanent markers, spay paint
- Noisemakers
The venue can seat 7,100 guests.
Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners, posters, and flags inside the building. Here are a few rules:
- The sign must relate to the event.
- No sticks or poles
- Signs must be smaller than 11¿x17¿, can¿t obstruct sponsor or advertising signage or be hung or attached to the building, and can¿t obstruct the view of other guests or create a safety hazard.
- No obscene or offensive language
Smoking is not permitted in the theatre or outside plaza.
The box office is open 3 hours prior to the event through intermission on event days only. Tickets are available for purchase at the STAPLES Center box office Monday through Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time only. There is no will call pick up at STAPLES Center.
Will call is available 3 hours before the event. Patrons must present the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo ID. Will call drop off is not available for any event.
