In the Coliseum, look for an ATM machine on the main concourse. In the Convention Center the ATM is located in the hall lobby.
Cameras and recording devices are only allowed during special events.
In most cases, children 2 and over need a ticket to enter. This could change during family events. For more information, call 843.529.5033, or visit the website.
There are several concession stands throughout the concourse. Alcohol is also available for purchase, but make sure to bring ID.
Visitors with special needs should park near the South Entrance off of Montague Avenue. For ADA tickets, call 843.529.5033.
Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
Doors open 1 hour before every event. Be sure to arrive early.

There are several ways to purchase tickets. The advance ticket office is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, and Saturdays and Sundays on event days only. For additional information, including questions about accessible seating, call the advance ticket office at 843.529.5033.
Guests can pick up all will call tickets at the advance ticket window, located in the Performing Arts Center, during regular business hours. For Coliseum events, head to the entrance lobbies to pick up tickets starting two hours before an event. For Performing Arts Center events, ticket windows are located outside the entrance. Remember to bring ID, credit card, and the confirmation number.
