Will call tickets can be picked up during box office hours prior to the event. You'll need a valid picture ID and the credit card used for purchase for the tickets to be released. To pick up tickets under another name, you'll need a proper written authorization.
There are ATMs on the premises, within each Reliant Park Facility.
Camera policies differ from show to show. For Houston Texans games and RodeoHouston events, small point-and-shoot cameras are allowed. There are no audio or video recorders no matter what, though.
There's first aid in Reliant Stadium, near Sections 120, 140, 301, 328, 525, and 551.
There's a concierge desk on the northwest of southeast corners of every level in Reliant Stadium, and outside Hall B and C or Reliant Center. There are guest services representatives to assist guests with questions, and provide solutions and information for future events.
Lost and found items can be taken to Guest Services on the 100, 300, and 500 levels of Reliant Stadium, and the Hall C Lobby of Reliant Center.

There are 71,500 seats in Reliant Stadium.
Handheld banners and signs are no problem, as long as they're in good taste, aren't commercial in nature, and don't use wood, metals, or similar things to prop it up. They also can't be hung in a manner that obstructs other guest's view of the event, or be affixed to the facility in any way.
All Reliant Park facilities are smoke free, but there are designated smoking areas outside each facility.
Tailgating is allowed in every parking lot, but just during Houston Texan Games, or at management's discreton. Use port-a-potties, trash dumpsters, and ash bins responsibly.
The main box office can be found on Reliant Stadium's south side, inside Budweiser Plaza. It's open from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturdays.
