The Orpheum Theatre welcomes guests up to the age of 2. All other children must have their own ticket.
Guests may pick up tickets starting 1 hour prior to each event by presenting a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.
Guests will find an ATM inside the lobby.
Guests who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages need to bring a valid ID. Guests who bring out of state IDs will need a second form of identification (like a passport or credit card). Guests may purchase a maximum of 2 alcoholic beverages at a time.
Backpacks are allowed inside.
Guests may bring non-professional cameras into the Orpheum Theatre unless otherwise specified by the artist. Please check the website for venue-specific instructions.
The Orpheum Theatre asks that guests respect others and refrain from using cell phones during a performance.
The Orpheum Theatre will provide some food offerings depending on the event, in addition to beer and wine.
The Orpheum Theatre welcomes guests with disabilities, and provides accessible seating and bathrooms downstairs. Additionally, disabled guests may be dropped off doorside, but no handicapped parking is available.
Guests can enter starting 45 minutes before the start of an event.
The following items are prohibited inside the Orpheum Theatre:
- Cans or glass bottles
- Laser Pointers
- Weapons of any kind
Guests may re-enter the event during intermission only.
Guests will find restrooms on both the lobby and the mezzanine levels.
There's room for up to 2,700 guests.
The Orpheum Theatre provides for events with full security personnel.
No smoking is allowed inside the theatre.
