Guests can take the trolley, which traverses downtown, to the venue for $1.00 USD per-ride, per-person (lunchtime fares are $0.60 USD). It's also possible to arrive by bus or a taxi.
Outside alcohol isn't allowed.

Broadways productions at the venue are usually appropriate for children 12 and older. Children under 4 won't be allowed into them. Everyone, regardless of age, needs a ticket.
There's wheelchair accessible and companion seating in the rear Orchestra left, priced at lower balcony prices. Call the box office ahead of time for more information and to specifiy special needs. There are also 2 accessible parking spaces (first-come, first-served) in the private lot on the venue's west side. Other nearby lots also offer accessible parking.

Guests shouldn't bring cameras, lasers, or recording devices to the venue.
There are restrooms throughout the building, and accessible restrooms are in the parlor next to the Grand Lobby.
