The Orpheum Theatre suggests that children under 6 stay at home, unless the event is family-oriented. Children who do attend a performance will need a ticket.
In case of emergency, sitters may call 612.339.7007 to contact parents, provided the sitter has information regarding seat location.
Snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase.
There's a trained security officer at each performance, and First Aid supplies are available in every theater. Visitors in need of assistance should notify the nearest usher.
Please do not bring any outside food or drinks into the theater.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.
If you need to exit the theater, notify an usher to make sure you can re-enter later.
There are restrooms throughout the inside of each theater. Simply ask an usher to see which one's closest.
There's absolutely no smoking allowed in any of the theaters or lobbies.
On performance days, the Orpheum Theatre box office opens at 3:00 p.m. Central time, or 2 hours before a matinee. For advance tickets, head to the State Theatre box office open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Guests can get a closer look at the facilities by taking a walking tour of the theaters. Tours are for guests ages 8 and up, and are available on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m., or the last Monday of each month at 1:00 p.m. Central time.
To pick up will call tickets, visit the box office starting 1.5 hours before an event. Please bring ID, credit card, and confirmation number of the order.
