The Palace of Auburn Hills

There are ATMs at the Palace. PNC ATMs can be found in the main concourse behind Sections 104, 110, and 117. 

Outside alcohol is not allowed. But alcohol can be purchased with a valid ID. 

Camera policy is particular to each individual event/show. Video cameras and audio recording devices are never allowed. 

Some events/shows offer children's discounts. For more information on a particular show, call 248.377.0100.

There are a wide variety of concessions options that include desserts, snacks, entrees, and alcohol. Options are available for children and vegetarians. 

Disabled seating is offered in Sections 120, 107, 203, and 229. Generally, seats are also available for those with visual impairments. Each disabled guest can be accompanied by 1 companion. Additional companion seats are available but will be in different rows. If you require one of these seating options, call 248.377.0154.

Disabled parking is available to guests with valid permits in great abundance near all entrances. For special requests, call 248.377.0100. 

POH Medical Center provides event doctors and nurses. If you need medical assistance, go to either the east or west Guest Services or contact your host/hostess. 

You can find guest services inside the East Entrance. 

Some items are best left at home or in the car. They include:

• Alcohol


• Containers of any kind (including bottles and cans)


• Video and audio recording devices


• Weapons

The Palace offers restrooms throughout the building. Two unisex restrooms can be found at the concessions plaza at stage right. Women can find accessible restrooms at both the stage right and left women's restrooms. 

The seating capacity is 15,274. 

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Palace. To smoke, please go outside. 

Tailgating is allowed in the parking lot up to 3 hours before start time. No alcohol is allowed in the parking lot. 

The main box office can be found at the Atrium Entrance on the west side of the building. Go to the East Entrance for the suite holders box office. On non-event days, the box office is open from Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. Eastern time and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time. On event days, the box office is open from 9:00 a.m. Eastern time till 30 minutes after the event ends. For more information, call 248.377.0100. 

For larger events, box office windows in the West Atrium open that can sell and upgrade tickets. 

Generally, will call tickets can be picked up at any of the box offices during normal business hours with a valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. To check whether tickets are in will call, call 248.377.0143. 

Tickets left by players or performers can generally be picked up 1 hour before start time from The Palace West box office, DTE Energy Music Theatre, the East box office, and the Meadow Brook Music Festival box office.
