Guests can pick up will call tickets in the lobby starting 1 hour before the show. They should bring ID and the order number.

Cameras and recording devices usually aren't okay, but the policy varies by performance. Call the box office for up-to-date information.

Snacks and bottled water are on sale at the venue, and beer and wine are sold at certain events.

The venue is ADA-accessible, including the whole orchestra level. Guests in wheelchairs who can lift themselves from their wheelchairs to a seat will have their wheelchairs stored during the show (note that the venue staff is legally barred from assisting guests into and out of wheelchairs). There's limited accessible parking a few blocks away, so it's best if guests with disabilities are dropped off at the front entrance. Several assisted listening devices are available for free rental.
