Don't throw footballs or other objects in the parking lots or stadium, or anywhere else on the Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium grounds.
Alcohol is on sale inside to guests 21 or older with valid photo ID, until the end of the third quarter. It's illegal to bring alcohol into or out of the stadium. In the stadium, Sections 109 and 209 up to rows LL are alcohol free. Guests who choose to drink alcohol should do so responsibly.
Cans, kegs, glass or plastic bottles, backpacks, bags, and coolers aren't allowed in the stadium. All other containers are subject to search.
In the Floyd St. Garage, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle will pick up guests with disabilities and shuttle them between the lot and the stadium.
There are First Aid Stations in the west, east, and south sides of the stadium.
Gates open 2 hours before the game's start.
Customer service booths are on the east, west, and south sides of the concourse. Head there with questions or concerns, or to retrieve lost items.
All restrooms are accessible, and most have baby changing stations. There are also companion restrooms on the east and west sides of the concourse level at the 50-yard line. To access the companion restrooms, head to the customer service booths.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Guests who don't comply with the smoking policy may be ejected.
Tailgating is okay only in the lots designated for game day parking (though it's not allowed in the Floyd St. Garage). Guests should tailgate in their vehicle space only. Drinks should be in disposable or plastic cups and confined to individual tailgating locations.

Will call windows are in the ticket office near Gate 2 on the stadium's east side and open 2 hours before kickoff. Guests will need ID to pick up their tickets.
