From I-64 in KY/WV
The Paramount Arts Center is located in downtown Ashland, KY at 1300 Winchester Avenue, the main thoroughfare of the city.
From I-64, you will want to take US 23 North.
Coming from the Lexington, KY direction you will turn left from the exit.
From the Huntington, WV direction you will turn right from the exit.
Once on US 23, you will drive several miles and pass through Catlettsburg, KY. As you enter Ashland, you will note the 'Welcome to Ashland' signage, and the famous Bluegrass Drive-In Restaurant on the right.
At the intersection just past the restaurant, US 23 becomes Winchester Ave. You have the option of veering right onto Old 23/Greenup Avenue or continuing forward. You should continue forward through the light to remain on Winchester.
The theatre is just a few miles further on the left.
From US-52 in OH Cross the bridge from Ironton into Ashland. At the traffic light you will make a left and the theatre is one block down on your right.
Please note that the parking lot adjacent to the Paramount Arts Center is not the property of the center. This is a privately owned parking lot and the spaces are leased out by FIVCO. Therefore, no parking is allowed here during weekday, business hours. However, the adjacent parking lot is available on weekends and for evening events. Parking is also available on the street, with no charge on weekends or after 6 p.m.
