The Paramount Theatre opened July 11, 1930 with a show starring Ginger Rogers and the Marx Brothers. A major renovation of the historic theater took place in 2007 by Madison Marquette, the new partners of Asbury Partners LLC for retail development. The renovation included seating, heating and roof repair. The theatre was designed by Warren and Wetmore, who also designed New York’s Grand Central Station.
