Children under 3 aren't allowed inside, unless there's a special show for kids. Kids 3 and older must be able to behave through the show.
Cameras and recording devices aren't allowed.
All phones must be turned off and silenced during shows.
All beverages purchased at the venue have to be drunk in the theatre. No taking stuff home. There's an employee available on the main floor during intermission and before the show to take orders from people who can't climb up the stairs.
The theatre has no elevators, so make sure to get tickets for the first floor if stairs are not okay. There are designated seating areas for people to sit in their own wheelchair next to a companion, but there are no wheelchairs available to borrow from the theatre. There are also "transfer seats" for people who can transfer from their wheelchair, or people with crutches or walkers. The unused wheelchairs, crutches, and walkers are stowed in the back of the theatre during the show.
There are infrared listening devices available to sign out. Bring an ID to pick one up from the coat check area.
There are ADA-accessible restrooms on the ground floor, as well as a staff member available before a show and during intermission to provide drink service for those who can't go up the stairs.

There's no smoking in the theatre nor within 25' of the main entrance. There's a designated smoking area on 20th St. for intermission only.

There are no-reservation. 2-hour-long tours on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, except on holidays. Guests should come, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time, to the box office. Kids have to be at least 10 to go on the tour, some parts of the tour involve stairs, and photos are okay.

Guests can't drop off will call tickets for someone else, or send someone else to pick up their tickets.
