Philips Arena provides ATMs. Find them on the main concourse across from Portal 9, and on the upper concourse across from Portals 21 and 22.
Guests must be 21 or older and display proper ID to purchase alcohol.
Large bags and backpacks are not allowed and other bags are subject to search.
Philips Arena allows still cameras, but the policy varies during concerts and events; for specific event policies, call 404.878.3000. Professional cameras and audio and video recording devices are not permitted.
Cellular phones are allowed if they are not disruptive.
Children under 2 can enter without tickets.

For regular season basketball games, doors open 1.5 hours before tip-off. For family shows, doors open 1 hour before show time. Concert doors generally open 1.5 minutes before show time.

The venue can hold 18,729 for basketball games, and 21,000 for concerts.

- Contain inappropriate subject matter
- Be commercial in nature
Smoking locations are outdoors, with one exclusively for club and suite guests.
