Guests can learn about special needs seating, located in the Log and Orchestra sections and on the lawn, by calling 723.203.2500 (ext. 3714) or going to the box office. There is a wheelchair accessible parking area south of the amphitheater.
Each guest may bring one factory-sealed bottle of water inside. Snack foods are also allowed inside, but they must be packed in a clear plastic bag.
Gates open 1 hour before the event begins.

The PNC Bank Arts Center seats 17,500.
There is no smoking at the venue.
Tailgating isn't allowed.
The box office is open Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time and on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. On event days (including Sundays and Mondays) the box office is open from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Major credit cards are accepted, and a service charge is applied to each ticket.
Guests can pick up their tickets an hour before the show begins, provided they have the purchasing credit card and a photo ID.
