Pocono Raceway wants to make sure all guests, including those with disabilities, have a good time. For more info about accessibility, go to a Guest Information Booth, ask a staff member, or call 800.RACEWAY. The Raceway grounds are extensive, so guests with physical limitations may want to bring wheelchairs or walkers.
Wheelchair Seating:
Feel free to bring your own wheelchair to the Raceway. If you do, please buy a wheelchair seating ticket for the wheelchair access areas. (Companion seating is available too.) Contact the Ticket Office for more info.
Disabled Parking:
There are disabled-accessible parking areas for cars and light trucks. (Oversized vehicles will be sent elsewhere.) To park here, you must have a valid state-issued sticker, license plate, or placard, and the person for whom it was issued must be in the vehicle. The only guaranteed reserved wheelchair parking is right behind the Main Grandstands, free with purchase of accessible wheelchair seating in the Grandstands. Spaces are first-come, first-served. If you don't have a reserved disabled parking pass but need disabled parking, tell the parking attendants, and you'll be sent to the disabled access section of the disabled parking lot. Contact track security or staff if you want to request a golf cart to take you and one companion from disabled parking to the Grandstands. You may want to arrive early because parking does fill up fast.
For any memorabilia you may want to buy, along with fun activities, visit the Fan Fair area inside the Raceway gates behind the Grandstands. You don't need a ticket to get in. Guests from the family RV/camping and Infield areas can take a free shuttle bus to the Fan Fair on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. Eastern time on.
There are first aid centers in the Paddock Area of the Infield, on the Grandstand side at Gate 11, and at the Infield Fan Center. For directions or help, please visit one of the guest information booths.
Grandstand Gates open at 8:00 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (subject to change).
If you lose anything, report it to the guest information booth, or contact Track Services at 570.643.7118. If you get separated from your family or friends, contact a staff member or call 570.643.7184 and they'll try to help you meet up.
Tailgating is okay, as long as you stick to the area in front or behind your vehicle and don't block fire lanes, traffic flow, or spaces on either side. No open campfires or barrel fires allowed.
