Children under 3 can enter for free but must sit on the accompanying adult's lap.
Guests can expect an atmosphere that does not include:
- Other guests wearing offensive clothing
- Harsh or profane language
- Excessive displays of affection
- Harassment from intoxicated guests
- Other guests occupying their seats
- Disruption of the game's progress by another guest's actions
The park has ATMs. They are located near Sections 116, 159, 178, and 550.
The park will only sell 2 drinks at a time per person and discontinues alchohol sales after the 7th inning. No alcohol in or out of the park.
Progressive Field is ADA-compliant. and guests with disabilities can access facilities, telephones and other utilities.
The first aid stations are in Sections 119 and 551.
Suite and Club Lounge/Club Seating and all stadium seating begins at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time when the game begins at 12:05 p.m.
All gates open at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time when the game begins at 1:05 p.m on a Sunday.
Early Open Gate C opens at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, Suite and Club Lounge/Club seating open at 5:30 and all other stadium gates open at 6:00 when the game begins at 7:05 p.m.
Guests may obtain lost and found information at any Fan Service Booth or the concierge desk. Call lost and found at 216.420.HITS.
Guests may only re-enter the park after exiting in an emergency with a pass out slip from the gate.
In addition to normal restrooms, there are three family restrooms, located at Sections 119, 551, and behind Section 546.
There's room for 45,000 fans.
Progressive Field does not permit smoking at any time.
The Ballpark offers tours from May through September, with tickets available at Indians Team Shop locations, by phone at 216.420.HITS and online at Indians.com. It also offers school tours in April, May and September.
Will call is at Gate B from when the gates open through the top of the fifth inning. Guests claiming tickets require proper identification.
