The theatre is adjacent to the Vancouver Playhouse.

Coolers and large bags are prohibited.

Vancouver Civic Theatres require all audience members to have a ticket.

Late arrivals will be seated during a break in the performance or first intermission.

Wheelchair seating is on both the Orchestra and Mezzanine Levels with special Access seating offering wheelchair spaces adjacent to regular theatre seats.

Guests requiring hearing assistance can find complimentary receivers at the Lobby Coat Check. A valid driver¿s licence or credit card is required. Binoculars are also available at the Main Lobby Coat Check.

The box office is beside the main entrance from Hamilton Street. Guests require the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.
