Children shorter than 3' are allowed in for free, but they need to sit on someone's lap.
There are a few things to remember for a pleasant time at Rangers Ballpark:
- Consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with the law.
- Don't interrupt the game in any way.
- Keep prohibited items out of the ballpark.
- Make sure banners don't interfere with the game or offend other guests.
- Only smoke in designated areas.
- Avoid obscene or foul gestures or language, or clothing, and refrain from public displays of affection that are inappropriate for a family setting.
To report difficulties with other guests via text message, text REPORT to 78247 with your location and the problem.

- The Majestic Grand Slam Shop (Center Field)
- The main concourse behind section 144
- Next to Section 30 behind guest relations
- The Third Base entrance
Typical stadium rules for alcohol apply: no alcohol in or out, drink minimums, and sales discontinue at the end of the 7th inning in the stands, and the 8th inning at concessions.
Section 335 has been designated a no-alcohol zone.
Within the stadium, no outside alcohol may be brought into or removed from the Corner Club or suite areas, as these locations are licensed for mixed drinks. However, one may move freely between the Lower, Lexus Club, and Upper levels with beverages.
Soft-sided coolers are allowed in, as long as they're no bigger than 16"x16"x8". Hard-sided coolers, backpacks, or oversized bags are never admitted, nor are metal cans, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages.
You can bring your camera or camcorder, but flash photos or video reproduction is off-limits. Make sure you don't interfere with other guests' viewing of the game.
There are over 100 fixed and portable concessions for food and drink, serving traditional stadium fare. You'll be able to pay with a credit card at any permanent stand, as well as at most portable stands.
Rangers Ballpark is ADA-compliant, and wishes to make sure every guest enjoys the facilities and game to the fullest potential.
Designated seating and listening devices are available, and specially designed restrooms, ticket windows, and concessions allow access for all. They're also happy to modify existing policies within reason to accomodate all guests.
Rangers merchandise is on sale at the Majestic Grand Slam Shop at Center Field. It's accessible from Vangergriff Plaza during games, and it's also open during non-game days. There are numerous other shops throughout ballpark, as well as merchandise stands selling hats, t-shirts, and other souvenirs.
First aid assistance can be found in the first aid room on the third base side of the Main Concourse, near Section 5, and on the third base side of the Lexus Club Level by Section 208. There's emergency staff on hand at each game.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to watch batting practice, infield workouts, and pre-game ceremonies.
The first gates to open are the First and Third Base Gates, which open 2 hours prior to night games, and 1.5 hours prior to afternoon games.
The Home Plate and Center Field Gates always open 1.5 hours before the start of the game.
There's a guest relations center behind home plate on the Main Concourse, and it's open from gate time until 1 hour after the game. Guest services can offer information and assistance, suggestions, and help with any problems. Call 817.273.5009 to reach guest relations. After the game, feedback can be left via e-mail or by calling 817.273.5131.
Lost and found is located at the guest relations office, and stored after the game. To claim a lost article after the game call 817.273.5068.
No metal cans, glass containers, alcoholic beverages, or hard-sided coolers are allowed into the game. You can bring in soft-sided coolers smaller than 16"x16"x8".
Re-entry is allowed as long the ticket stub is presented and re-scanned by a customer service representative.
There are restrooms on all levels of the ballpark, and they include diaper-changing tables. There are family restrooms in the Kids Zone behind Vandergriff Plaza, in center field.
Ranger Ballpark can seat 48,194.
Baseball-related banners can be hung in Rangers Ballpark, provided they follow these guidelines:
- No political or commercial messages
- Keep them clean - no offensive or intimidating messages
- Don't obstruct the view of other guests
There's no smoking in the bowl area, Lexus Club Level, or on the concourse behind Section 44. However, guests may smoke in designated areas by the outer perimeter of the first level, and the upper concourse.
Tailgating is no problem as long as it doesn't interfere with normal parking procedures, but there's no open flames and no catered parties. Keep tailgating from extending into other spaces. Parking lots open 3 hours prior to the start of the game.
There's designated will call only windows, reserved for customers who need to drop off tickets for someone in their party.
