Wheelchair access and accessible turnstiles are available at all facilities. Reliant Stadium and Reliant Center have power-assisted entrances.
All facilities offer accessible seating. When purchasing tickets inform the representative of the need for accessible seating. After the transaction verify the seating location.
Hearing amplification devices are complimentary at each guest services booth with a minimum 1 week's notice. A driver's license or credit card is required.
Retail areas are located throughout the facility.
Report lost items to guest services on the stadium's 100, 300, and 500 levels or the Reliant Center's Hall C Lobby. Guests must call before picking up lost items to verify they have been found. For information call 832.667.1714.
Companion restrooms are in Reliant Stadium's Sections 101, 112, 113, 117, 120, 121, 132, 133, 136, 140, 303, 316, 322, 325, 331, 344, 350, 353, 504, 508, 511, 518, 524, 530, 534, 538, 544, and 550 and inside Reliant Center's Halls A, B, C, D, and E lobbies. Accessibility is indicated at the entrance. Large stalls with sinks and water fountains are on all levels.
Banners and signs must meet the following criteria:
- In good taste
- Not commercial in nature
- Contain no wood, metal, or similar materials for support
- Not affixed or hung anywhere in the facilities
- Not obstructive to other guests' views
- Not covering advertisements
Smoking is prohibited in all facilities. Designated areas are outside.
Tailgating is allowed in all lots, but only during Texans games or at management's discretion.
Guests must adhere to the following rules:
- Lots open 4 hours before kickoff for the Texans and at management's discretion for other events.
- Guests must purchase from the parking cashier or in advance additional spaces for oversized vehicles or tailgating.
- No saving spots
- Doors open 2 hours before kickoff for the Texans and at management's discretion for other events.
- Tailgating is limited to the parking spot and space directly behind or in front of each vehicle adjacent to the drive lane; no tailgating beyond the blue lines in the drive lane.
- Each parking receipt/hangtag is good for one spot.
- Fans can purchase 1 additional space/hangtag for the additional tailgating area.
- RVs must purchase at least 2 spots and park in designated RV areas. Guests must purchase additional spaces for canopies.
- Barbeques in tow must purchase an additional space and provide receipts upon request.
- Open flames are permitted but guests must extinguish flames before entering the stadium.
- All tents, chairs, etc. must be put away before kickoff.
- Large balloons are prohibited.
- Golf carts, bikes, and scooters are prohibited.
- Music should be kept to a minimum.
- No consuming alcohol on Sunday before 10:00 a.m. Central time.
- Observe and obey parking attendants and police.
- No overnight parking unless authorized by management
- Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2-A:10-B:C must be fully charged and available at all times.
- Charcoal must be match-light or quick-light. Lighter fluid is prohibited. Provide a metal pan under the B-B-Q pit to prevent ashes on the ground. Deposit coals in the orange containers. Don't put trash in the ashbins.
- Ensure connections are tight to prevent propane leaks.
- Keep areas clear of trash; deposit it in green dumpsters, not orange ash containers.
- Keep combustible materials at least 3 feet away from pits. Placement of pits should be such that passers by cannot come into contact with the pit. Do not leave burning pits unattended or place hot pits or coals under vehicles. Allow time for pits to cool.
- Generators are permitted but fuel must be stored in (UL) approved metal safety cans with spring-loaded lids and flashback guards.

The box office sells tickets for all events at Reliant Park. Events at Reliant Stadium, Reliant Center, Reliant Arena, and Reliant Astrodome have event day tickets at that specific venue, and sales hours vary by show. Box office closing times vary by event. Call 832.667.1400 for information.
An ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required for will call tickets. Guests may not pick up tickets under another name without proper written authorization.
