Accessible seating is available on the third level-ADA west and east and, depending on the event, may also be available courtside, rinkside, and on the floor. The box office is accessible and has 20 assisted listening devices for loan. Guests should bring their own wheelchairs. There are elevators on the building's east and west sides, and all concessions are accessible. Guests requiring sign language interpreters should make their requests at least 3 weeks in advance.
Accessible parking is in the Gold Lot, next to the venue, and if more accessible parking is needed a portion of the Blue Lot will be opened. If both lots are full, there is a drop-off point in front of the building.
Restrooms on level 2 are accessible by elevator from the ADA seating areas. All restrooms in the building are wheelchair accessible (drinking fountains are, too), and there are family restrooms on level 2 between sections 211-212 and 219-220.
The first aid station is near Section 211 on the upper level. Guests in need of assistance should contact the closest staff member.
To retrieve a lost item head to the box office or call 800.895.0071. Items are kept for 30 days.
Some events have a no re-entry policy, so be sure to ask a staff member before exiting the building.

There are security personnel at the venue, and they may conduct searches and security checks as they feel necessary.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area.
