There's an ATM near the 6th St. entrance of the arena.

Children 2 and under do not need a ticket, as long as they sit on a ticket holder's lap.

Please be considerate of other visitors. Guests who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the Coliseum.

Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout the facility.

The Richmond Colisem offers discounted accessible seating for guests with disabilities and their companions. Staff members are also available for assistance during events.  To purchase tickets or make arrangements, please call the box office at 804.780.4970.

There are medical professionals at every event. For medical assistance, notify a Coliseum employee.

To turn in or inquire about any lost items head to the concierge desk on Leigh Street, or call 804.780.4970 up to 60 days after an event.

Visitors are not allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited.

There's no smoking inside the arena. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

The box office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
