You can find an ATM at the following locations: the flagpole near the souvenir area, near the Capital One Corporate Hospitality Pavilion, and between Gate 70 and Gate 80.
The Racing Electronics trailer will tune your scanner or rent you a scanner to help follow the action on the track.
Guests are allowed one cooler and one small bag (such as a backpack or day bag). Coolers must be soft-sided and cannot be larger than 14 inches in width, height, or depth. Coolers with wheels and telescoping handles are not allowed.
Cameras and video recorders are allowed. Footage cannot be used commercially without written permission of the Richmond International Raceway.
The Richmond International Raceway asks that guests be courteous and respectful to other fans and the event staff.
With a proper placard or license plate, accessible parking spots are available, but quantity is limited. To reach these spots, use gates 2, 4, 6, 7, or the service gate.
Wheelchairs are allowed in the Raceway. The Richmond International Raceway does not rent wheelchairs.
Turn Two wheelchair seating is available to disabled guests and a companion on Row 42 of the Dogwood and Henrico Towers, Commonwealth Tower, and TORQUE Club. These seats can all be reached by elevator.
Accessible restrooms can be found throughout the Raceway. Family restrooms can be found in the Dogwood Tower and Veranda grandstands.
Guests with disabilities can use the Sprint Tower and Dogwood elevators.
All ticket-holders can use the escalators on the east side of the Commonwealth Grandstand.
Pay-phones with amplified ear-pieces are located throughout the Raceway. Ask at the Guest Information Booth for specific locations.
In the event of a medical emergency, contact an usher to request an EMT, or go to a guest services booth for help.
Guests may bring their own food/beverages.
When in the Grandstands, refer to the ushers for assistance (ushers wear bright green vests). Guest services can be found in the following places:
- Outside Grandstand Gates 40, 60, and 70
- Outside the Main Ticket Office
- Between parking Gate 4 and the Midway
- Between the 3-Wide Hospitality and Chevy Fan Fest
- Commonwealth Mall area
- Commonwealth Tower area
You can find the lost and found office at the Main Ticket Office (inside the Main Gate on the corner of Laburnum Avenue and Meadowbridge Road (Richmond-Henrico Turnpike). Lost items can be retrieved during normal business hours.
Some things must be left at home. They include:
- Firearms
- Fireworks and other explosives
- Glass containers
- Pets
- Beach balls
- Strollers
- Hard coolers and hard cups of any size
- Umbrellas
- Seats with arm rests
Flags are allowed so long as they do not obstruct the view of others. Poles are not allowed except for wooden sticks about the width of a pencil used to hold up small nationality flags.
Smoking is only allowed in the following areas:
- Underneath the grandstands
- In designated smoking areas
- The Midway
- All areas outside the Raceway
Tailgating is encouraged. The Richmond International Raceway suggests guests arrive early for the tailgating. Tailgating must remain in front or behind your vehicle and cannot take up other parking spaces. Fire pits and campfires are prohibited.
On race days, will call tickets can be picked up with a valid photo ID by the account holder from the Commonwealth Mall Ticket Booth (beside Lot D and the Amphitheater).
